Welcome to Chateau Weaver! My name is Colleen and my husband, Chris, and I are your Chateau curators. With his encouragment we started this small batch jam, preserve and extract business. Our philosophy is to keep it simple, just fruit, pure cane sugar, lemon juice and pectin as the base for all our jams. High quality vodka is used in our small batch extracts to allow the natural flavor to come through. We are excited to be on Mayhem Marketplace because we believe their views mirror our own.
